PROCESSING PERIOD

Please give us 3-5 working days to prepare your order.

A working day consists from Monday to Friday, therefore if an order is placed on a Friday, please expect your order to be dispatched the following Wednesday-Friday.

DELIVERY

UK

All our parcels are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed; parcels will therefore take between 2-3 working days for them to reach their destination. If you have not received your parcel within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us so we can enquire into your parcel..

INTERNATIONAL

Packages are sent via Hermes domestically, and then taken over by the domestic courier service of the recipient country. This means parcels will take between 7-14 working days for parcels to reach their destination after dispatch. If your item hasn't been received 21 days, please contact us and we will enquire into it with the courier service.
